The IMG Patriot Exchange Program can meet the above requirements. Please visit http://www.j1insurance.net/blog/img-patriot-exchange/ for more details. The product that meets all the requirements listed in your email is in the column on the right (PEP ( Patriot Exchange Program )). There is a purchase link on that webpage too. Pricing depends on your age, benefit level and deductible. If you click the link to buy you can get a price quote with no obligation. The other plans on that page don’t meet all of your requirements.

Your email says you need $300,000 in medical coverage. That doesn’t say if you need $300,000 per illness or injury or $300,000 overall. The Patriot Exchange Program covers $5,000,000 overall and can be chosen with $50,000 $100,000, $250,000 or $500,000 per injury or illness. If you have more specific requirements for us to look at we might be able to better direct you.
